Afif 1 residential complex with 6 floors and 1500 square meters of infrastructure is located in Shiraz, in the area of Afifabad Street. In achieving the diagram and arrangement of architectural location, we faced challenges such as the small number of architectural openings and the inadmissibility of increasing the column dimension, reducing the occupancy level in the lower floors. The use of the structure is residential and in order to achieve the design of the structure based on economic parameters, we used retracted prestressed beams, location and design of shear walls using artificial intelligence, optimization algorithms and new energy-based methods.
