مجتمع 15 واحدی حافظ 3 با مالکیت آقای عبدالرضا مرادی زاده در 6 طبقه با زیربنای 1662 مترمربع در شهر شیراز در محدوده بزرگراه حسینی الهاشمی  ودر محدوده قطعات اراضی برنامه و بودجه واقع گردیده است. در نیل به دیاگرام و چینش مکانیابی معماری با چالش هایی از جمله عدم جانمایی مناسب دیوارهای برشی به دلیل تامین حداقل عرض پارکینگ و رمپ های ورودی، استفاده از تیرچه های پیش تنیده جهت کنترل خیز تیرهای بلند 9 متری روبرو بودیم. کاربری سازه مورد نظر تجاری – مسکونی بوده و در راستای نیل به طرح سازه بر مبنای پارامترهای اقتصادی، از طراحی دیوار برشی با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی ، استفاده از راهکار اختلاف تراز در تراز با کاربری تجاری و تمهیدات لازم جهت جلوگیری از پدیده ستون کوتاه و همچنین الگوریتم های بهینه سازی و روش های نوین مبتنی بر انرژی بهره گرفتیم.

Hafez 3 15-unit complex, owned by Mr. Abdolreza Moradizadeh, is located on 6 floors with 1662 square meters of infrastructure in Shiraz, in the area of ​​Hosseini Al-Hashimi Highway, in the area of ​​planned and budget plots. In achieving the diagram and arrangement of architectural location, we faced challenges such as the lack of proper placement of shear walls due to the minimum width of the parking lot and entrance ramps, the use of prestressed beams to control the rise of 9-meter high beams.  The use of the desired structure is commercial-residential and in order to achieve the design of the structure based on economic parameters, the design of shear wall using artificial intelligence, the use of level difference solution with commercial use and the necessary measures to prevent the phenomenon of short columns and We also used optimization algorithms and new energy-based methods.
