مجتمع 16 واحدی سفیر 2، با مالکیت آقای اسماعیل باقری پور و خانم فاطمه باقری پور در 5 طبقه با زیربنای 2440 مترمربع در شهر شیراز در محدوده خیابان صاحب الامر غربی واقع گردیده است. در نیل به دیاگرام و چینش مکانیابی معماری با چالش هایی از جمله عدم جانمایی مناسب و متقارن دیوارهای برشی وعدم استفاده از تیرچه پیش تنیده برای تیرهای بلند روبرو بودیم. کاربری سازه مورد نظر تجاری – مسکونی بوده و در راستای نیل به طرح سازه بر مبنای پارامترهای اقتصادی، از طراحی دیوارهای برشی بتن آرمه با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی، استفاده از اتصال تیر به تیر (اتصال تو دلی) جهت مکانیزم مناسب انتقال بار در سطح دیاگرام و همچنین الگوریتم های بهینه سازی و روش های نوین مبتنی بر انرژی بهره گرفتیم.
