مجتمع 5 واحدی قدوس ۱ با مالکیت اقای محمدرضا زارعی، در 5  طبقه با زیربنای 1262 مترمربع در شهر شیراز در محدوده خیابان قدوسی شرقی واقع گردیده است. در نیل به دیاگرام و چینش مکانیابی معماری با چالش هایی از جمله تعداد کم دهانه های معماری و عدم امکان جانمایی مناسب دیوار برشی با توجه به ملاحظات معماری روبرو بودیم. کاربری سازه مورد نظر مسکونی بوده و در راستای نیل به طرح سازه بر مبنای پارامترهای اقتصادی استفاده از تیرچه پیش تنیده پس کشیده و الگوریتم های بهینه سازی و روش های نوین مبتنی بر انرژی بهره گرفتیم.

Qudus 1 5-unit complex, owned by Mr. Mohammad Reza Zarei, is located on 5 floors with 1262 square meters of infrastructure in Shiraz, in the area of ​​East Qudusi Street. In achieving the diagram and arrangement of architectural location, we faced challenges such as the small number of architectural openings and the impossibility of proper placement of the shear wall due to architectural considerations. The intended use of the structure is residential and in order to achieve the design of the structure based on economic parameters, we used the use of retracted prestressed beams and optimization algorithms and new energy-based methods.
