مجتمع 7 واحدی سفیر 1 با مالکیت اقای علی اکبر آقایی، در 5 طبقه با زیربنای 1056.7 مترمربع در شهر شیراز در محدوده خیابان تختی واقع گردیده است. در نیل به دیاگرام و چینش مکانیابی معماری با چالش هایی از جمله عدم جانمایی مناسب و متقارن دیوارهای برشی و استفاده از تیرهای بلند فولادی با مقطع تیرورق جهت کنترل تغییر مکان نسبی  (DRIFT) روبرو بودیم. کاربری سازه مورد نظر مسکونی بوده و در راستای نیل به طرح سازه بر مبنای پارامترهای اقتصادی، از ترکیب دیوارهای برشی بتن آرمه در سازه فولادی و طراحی آن با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی و همچنین الگوریتم های بهینه سازی و روش های نوین مبتنی بر انرژی بهره گرفتیم.

Safir 1 7-unit complex, owned by Mr. Ali Akbar Aghaei, is located on 5 floors with 1056.7 square meters of infrastructure in Shiraz, in the area of ​​Takhti Street. In achieving the diagram and arrangement of architectural location, we faced challenges such as lack of proper and symmetrical placement of shear walls and the use of long steel beams with cross-section to control relative displacement (DRIFT). The intended use of the structure is residential and in order to achieve the design of the structure based on economic parameters, we used the combination of reinforced concrete shear walls in the steel structure and its design using artificial intelligence as well as optimization algorithms and new energy-based methods.
