مجتمع 8  واحدی عامریان با مالکیت اقای سید فخرالدین عامریان، در 4 طبقه با زیربنای 2416 مترمربع در شهرستان مرودشت در محدوده خیابان ژاندارمری واقع گردیده است. در نیل به دیاگرام و چینش مکانیابی معماری با چالش هایی از جمله طراحی دهانه های 20 متری بدون ستون میانی، عدم جانمایی مناسب دیوارهای برشی در تقابل با قاب خمشی بتن آرمه و طراحی روف گاردن روبرو بودیم. کاربری سازه مورد نظر مسکونی بوده و در راستای نیل به طرح سازه بر مبنای پارامترهای اقتصادی ، از طراحی سقف یوبوت در دهانه های بلند، طراحی دیوار برشی با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی ، جانمایی ستون ها در پیرامون سازه و الگوریتم های بهینه سازی و روش های نوین مبتنی بر انرژی بهره گرفتیم.
