مجتمع 8 واحدی گلدشت حافظ 2، با مالکیت آقای جلیل مشکسار و آقای محمد علی یوسفی در 6 طبقه با زیربنای 1662 مترمربع در شهر شیراز در محدوده بزرگراه حسینی الهاشمی  ودر محدوده قطعات اراضی برنامه و بودجه واقع گردیده است. در نیل به دیاگرام و چینش مکانیابی معماری با چالش هایی از جمله اجرای سازه در شیب و محدودیت بعد ستون در مکان ورودی واحد مسکونی در طبقات روبرو بودیم. کاربری سازه مورد نظر تجاری – مسکونی بوده و در راستای نیل به طرح سازه بر مبنای پارامترهای اقتصادی، از طراحی دیوار برشی با استفاده از هوش مصنوعی ، استفاده از چاله آسانسور در تراز بالاتر از فونداسیون با استفاده از اتصال سرد و اجرای کربل،استفاده از تیرچه پیش تنیده به جهت کاهش ابعاد ستون و همچنین الگوریتم های بهینه سازی و روش های نوین مبتنی بر انرژی بهره گرفتیم.

Goldasht Hafez 2 8-unit complex, owned by Mr. Jalil Meshksar and Mr. Mohammad Ali Yousefi, is located on 6 floors with 1662 square meters of infrastructure in Shiraz, in the area of ​​Hosseini Al-Hashimi Highway, and within the scope of program and budget plots.
